PROGRAMMING
Initial meeting with clients to identify and analyze the client’s needs. Evaluate existing documentation and conditions assessing limitations, life, safety and code requirements. Identify project resources and develop project schedules.

CONCEPTUAL DESIGN
Integration of client information into preliminary plans and design concepts.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Capture conceptual ideas and client direction to develop a final design recommendations of floor plans including but not limited color palette, furnishings, pictures and millwork; lighting and hardware. Presentation of final color boards, renderings, and finish materials to client for approval.

CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
Prepare working drawings and specifications of interior construction of materials, finishes and furniture.

PURCHASING
As an additional service, we provide purchasing of all specified FF&E; which provides clients with a turnkey project.

CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION & INSTALLATION
Administer contract documents on behalf of client. Review and approve shop drawings for compliance to design drawings. Onsite field visits to evaluate conformance to plan. Oversee installation of interior fixtures, furnishings and equipment. Conduct final walk through to prepare “punchlist” for completion of project.
